愛上最討厭的閱讀

認識我的人對我的印象應該是愛運動！但是除了我媽跟我姊之外，應該很少人知道「我超級討厭讀書」。
小時候，為了成績，我會勉強自己讀一點點書，但就只侷限課本喔，讀沒幾分鐘就會去對牆丟個棒球，玩累了才會回來再看一下下書，一個晚上下來，加總起來也看不到一小時吧！成績還不錯可能是我比較會抓重點跟運氣吧，因為我是真的很討厭讀書！所以，課外讀物對我來說根本就是免談，連漫畫書我都不願意看的，我覺得漫畫都會拍成卡通，看卡通就好啦，多輕鬆！
以上是2022以前的我，v1.0版。
2022年的我，想說除了運動，自己應該要來點不一樣的，一開始只是覺得大眾認知看書的人比較有氣質，於是虛榮心作祟的我就開始「假裝」有在看書，從公司跟學長送的幾本書開始隨身攜帶，有時間就拿起來看一下，看書是其次，其實我內心更在意的是有沒有人看到「我在看書」，他們看到一定會覺得我很有內涵，就這樣假裝看著看著，不知不覺就看完了好幾本。但是要巧遇看到我在看書的人那麼少，根本無法滿足我的虛榮心，於是我想到，到Facebook、IG上寫心得，讓更多人知道我在看書（有氣質），寫著寫著不知不覺又好幾篇了，開始覺得用社交軟體寫心得，不能貼插圖跟表格很侷限，於是就自己架了這個部落格Winnie Blog維妮樂讀，自己的網站當然希望能內容豐富，於是我默默的給自己訂了一個「一週一書」的目標，照著《原子習慣》書中的方法，慢慢培養出喜歡閱讀的習慣。
隨著時間過去，漸漸地累積看了蠻多書之後，有一天，我突然發現我長大了，我對人事物的態度和反應跟以前不一樣了，默默地，我就會把書中讀到的知識或方法應用在生活中，我開始覺察到自己的同理心很低，我開始試著仔細聽別人說話而不是在想我要回應什麼，我開始會注意自己是不是書上的反例，我開始在意別人的心情而不是在意別人看我的眼光！
因為感受到自己的成長，真心覺得看書真好，看一個禮拜的書就可以學到這位作者畢生的經驗，CP值超高。
現在的我v2.0版，瘋狂愛上閱讀！
最後，想跟大家分享的是，如果有一件你覺得該做但是卻很討厭的事，可以試著「假裝」很喜歡，Fake it till you make it!
